For decades, Crossing Boundaries has been customizing perfect group trips for an array of clients. We understand participants have a range of differing interests, which is why we leverage our experience to carefully select the appropriate mix of program elements. Our team crafts itineraries that provide each and every guest a rich and remarkable experience.
Groups come in many forms, each with a unique purpose. They can be recurring or one time. The common thread is a shared affinity that binds the participants. Crossing Boundaries understands these deep connections and curates experiences for each target audience.
Mystery Trip
One client hosts an annual “mystery trip” for all their employees and spouses, who are told nothing more than to be at the airport early on a Friday morning. They are whisked off to a surprise location (resort, city, etc.) and then begins a long weekend of fun. Accommodations are always at a luxury property. Meals are over-the-top experiences at interesting private venues or restaurants. Weekend activities might include everything from golf to spa to zip lining, scavenger hunts, boating, Broadway shows or more. The trip is a reward for the hard work employees put in daily to ensure the company’s success. It is a time for unwinding and enjoying shared experiences. Anticipation builds throughout each year with destination clues and lots of speculation.

Music Around The World
Music fosters connections. For years, Crossing Boundaries has arranged the international performing tours for a major university choral group. Visiting places such as Great Britain, Australia, or South America, this group has performed in iconic concert halls to audiences of culturally diverse origin. Between concerts we plan educational and social experiences that allow the students to immerse themselves in local history and culture. Accommodations are sometimes in hotels and often also involve local home stays.
