Speaker Series
BEYOND THE TRADITIONAL MEETING
One client annually hosts a three day meeting. Crossing Boundaries provides custom built online registration forms, coordinates complex audio visual details, provides and executes a detailed run-of-show for program content with three top tier speakers, coordinates all lodging, food, and beverage logistics, and provides on-site event support. We source unique dinners at private off-site venues such as a zoo, a historical museum, or trendy restaurant. Non-meeting activities also include everything from golf to a brewery tour to a local business manufacturing plant tour.
In executing our client’s vision, attendance has grown each year, their customer engagement increases, and they are able to forge deeper connections with clients.
Board of Directors Meeting
Board of Directors meetings for our clients often involve far more than standard meeting services. Of course the boardroom is just right – from comfortable chairs, fine tuned audio visual, proper lighting and temperature, to enticing food. Spouses enjoy various activities such as a local food tour, spa treatments, or a cultural experience. The group comes together for dinner events in unique private venues and may engage further via a round of golf or a wine tasting experience.

National Conference
Bringing together sales teams from across six regions for a multi-day conference, we provided an appropriate mix of time allotted for productive business sessions interspersed with team building activities. Evening social events were designed to inspire camaraderie and take full advantage of the strategically selected destination.
