In coordination with you we will select the best fit destination, hotel, or resort property and travel dates as the core program shell. This is a critical step to ensure top-level alignment, but true success comes from the detailed planning work done in the next phase.

Plan

We are here to do all of the planning. We ensure a firm foundation for success by outlining every detail of our clients’ programs. We are experts in our field and leverage our experience and custom processes to ensure no detail goes unplanned, and that all aspects of the program are properly optimized. Execute

Our team oversees, executes, and facilitates all pre-program and on-site details. After months, or even years, of creating the playbook, this is where we get to execute and deliver one-on-one VIP experiences to all of your program participants. We appropriately convey all needs and set the level of expectation with each person or team involved (hotel, restaurants, tour guides, etc.) to create a flawless program and to ensure that we achieve the best of what’s possible at every step of the journey.

Most importantly, our team does all of the heavy lifting on-site so that you and your team can remain focused on connecting with your key participants.

Reconcile

Crossing Boundaries supports your program long after the final participant has safely arrived home and shared with family, colleagues, and associates what a unique and once-in-a-lifetime trip he or she has experienced. We continue to liaise with accounting managers, government bodies, hotel managers, and airline departments to ensure each and every program detail is fully reconciled and appropriately signed-off on.

This process yields bottom line savings each and every time by identifying and correcting vendor billing mistakes on your behalf. A full reconciliation of all program components is completed and provided to you.
