Scotland at its best
In Scotland, we brought a deeper connection to a well-visited destination. We transferred guests by private luxury train, had a custom tartan designed for the client’s exclusive use, got inside the celebrated (never open to the public) Hendrick’s Gin factory for a session with the recipe creator, and were first to showcase a newly rebranded five star resort.
In short, rather than rely on local land operators that repeat the same program elements each month, we uncovered and privatized new and interesting program elements to expose a more in-depth understanding of this beautiful country.
Jackson Hole, Wyoming – magic in the foothills of the tetons
Holding back the evening details from participants, we transported guests to a private ranch where they were welcomed with true cowboy hospitality. Upon arriving, guests enjoyed beverages and hors d’oeuvres while taking in the truly amazing sunset view. Then, moving inside the barn, guests observed the ranch owner horse whisperer in action as he tamed a wild horse through nurturing support and confidence. Many lessons translated to the guests’ own personal and work relationships. A full cowboy BBQ dinner, music, and bonfire followed with the ranch’s favorite tradition of campfire songs and s’mores!
This shared experience at a unique activity positively impacted each participant for many years to come. Combining the impact of the natural setting and being witness to developing trust provided lessons that carried beyond the immediate moment.
southern california salute
A program in Southern California had inclusions well beyond the ordinary. Working with both the military and green side for more than two years, we orchestrated an evening at Camp Pendleton that included a display of large military equipment, a live action ‘storm the beach’ military exercise, dinner, and a rousing USO show.
The emotional connection as all shared dinner with Marines and stood by their saluting sides to sing patriotic songs was beyond anticipation. Tears flowed freely.
